INDIVIDUAL AND PAIRS COMPETITION RULES 1. HOME PLAYER TO CONTACT AWAY PLAYER BY 2ND TUESDAY AFTER MEETING FOR THE DRAW. = 8 DAYS. HE MUST GIVE AT LEAST 3 DIFFERENT DAYS & DATES. IF CONTACT CANNOT BE MADE BY 9:00PM ON THE 2ND TUESDAY THE SECRETARY TO BE INFORMED BY 9:15PM. IF HOME DOES NOT CONTACT AWAY PLAYER BY 2ND TUES HE WILL FORFEIT HOME ADVANTAGE PLUS 10PTS PER FRAME THE AWAY PLAYER TO CONTACT HOME PLAYER BY THE 3RD TUESDAY = 16 DAYS IF NO CONTACT CAN BE MADE INFORM THE SEC BY 9:15PM. IF SECRETARY RECEIVES NO INFORMATION FOR GAMES NOT PLAYED BOTH PLAYERS WILL BE SCRUBBED 2. GAMES TO BE OF BEST OF 3 FRAMES. IF TIED AT 1-1 IN FRAMES AND THE FRAME SCORE IS EQUAL THEN THE BLACK BALL IS TO BE RE-SPOTTED TO DECIDE THE OUTCOME. 3. THE COMPETITION SECRETARY MAY CHANGE CONTACT DATES TO ACCOMMODATE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR ALL RESULTS ON NIGHT OF MATCH TO BOB STAPLEY & OR STEVE URBANIAK.
